Good to Know
Membership Terms
Applies to both the Ojas and Sattva memberships.
Your monthly service can be used each month as outlined or banked as a credit toward any service on our menu, and it rolls forward month to month. Credit is tied to your active membership and is non-transferable.
Member discounts apply to all services, retail products, facial ritual and massage enhancement add-ons, and injectables (10% for Ojas, 15% for Sattva).
Birthday upgrades are available during your birthday month on any service of your choosing.
Memberships require a 6-month initial commitment, after which they continue month-to-month.
You may cancel at any time after the initial term with 30 days' notice.
Banked service credits remain active during the 30-day notice period. Upon cancellation, members have 60 days from the initial cancellation date to use any remaining banked service credits, after which the credits expire.
